Senior Adult Ministry

Greenwood Frist Baptist Church is blessed with a very active senior adult ministry.  Senior members of GFBC are actively involved in ministry throughout the Greenwood community.  They are involved in the Food Bank, Soup Kitchen, Meals on Wheels, United Ministries as well as the Pathway House.  Senior members are also involved in the life of the church by attending Wednesday and Sunday Bible Study and participating in the Sounds of Grace choir and the Never Grow Old (NGO) Club.

The mission of the Sounds of Grace Senior Choir is to serve God through music by providing singers (55 and older) opportunities to serve in missional capacities in settings such as elder care facilities, community support services, homebound care, and church worship.  Click HERE to learn more about the Sounds of Grace Senior Choir.

The "Never Grow Old" (NGO) Club is an active group in the life of Greenwood First Baptist.  The group is age 55 or over and meets during the school year on the first Tuesday of the every month (except for December and January).  Click HERE to learn more about the NGO Club.
